Third part of a collective exhibition of abstract art brut begun in 2017, in abstracto #3 will present the works of some twenty classical and contemporary artists.

Until now, the notion of abstract art brut was, at best, an oxymoron, and at worst, an antinomy. However, as long as one accepts to look at the works, rather than to blindly admit the exclusions on which Jean Dubuffet founded his theory, it is necessary to go to the evidence: a number of works of art brut escape in many ways from the figuration in which one believed to be able to hold this field locked up.

Artists: Czech Anonymous, Jacqueline B, Aníbal Brizuela, Bruno Buissonnet, Marcello Cammi, José Manuel Egea, Anton Hirschfeld, Madge Gill, Max Rudolf Limberger, Raphaël Lonné, Ramon Losa, Masaki Mori, Momoko Nakagawa, Michel Nedjar, Karel Pajma, Hideaki Yoshikawa.
