Septime and its neo-bistro decor is today one of the hottest tables in Paris. Septime has been included in nearly every “must eat in Paris” list across the globe , and unfortunately you can wait a few weeks to get a reservation. On the menu : pedigreed ingredients on small plates. 3 ingredients per dish , but the best is to trust the chef Bertrand Grébaut with the full 55 € carte blanche menu. Wines are non-sulfite made by small producers, now available for sale across the street at their new Septime Cave - a popular neighborhood canteen for drinks & nibbles.

Even with 2 stars at the Michelin guide, chef Akrame Benallal has managed to stay the same from the start The only victime of his success : the wainting can reach 2 weeks until you can get a table… But this is worth the wainting if you consider how wonderfull this kitchen of « emotions » and « suprises » is. The restaurant is not big and has an interior with a chic and contemporary style. Black leather chairs are combined with grey & warm colours . In this small and trendy restaurant they do not serve à la carte Original point : there is no menu, you choose only by the number of courses you want. The French chef changes his menu items monthly and does not like to repeat his dishes. He sees his food like a fashion collection.. Not to be missed!

The contemporary art museum Centre Pompidou is the place in Paris that cannot be missed. Weather you want to stroll around the impressive collection of contemporary art, or relax and sit at the terrace of the restaurant and enjoy the amazing view of Paris. Also unavoidable because of its unique architecture of industrial looks – giving a playful atmosphere to the whole – where colorful tubes mingle together on the facade. All that makes it definitely the place to be, where you will definitely enjoy yourself.

Housed in a former railway station, le Musée d’Orsay is best known for its impressive collection of impressionist paintings. You can gaze at the works of Renoir, Monet, Cézanne, Courbet, Degas, and many other must-see artists. The décor is most peculiar and interesting beside the works it exhibits. Don’t miss it, as it will ravish young and less young alike.

… in the Orsay Museum, take the train and go back in time.
