A very simple but so tasty « french cuisine » gnocchi in sage butter and parmesan, plancha-grilled langoustines, beef cheeks with braised endives, and potato cake with orange sorbet (dessert). Marco Pelletier (former sommelier at Le Bristol Palace Hotel) is the wine expert of the place and he will propose Vantre’s incredible selection of over 400 classic and natural wines. Menus €16-19 (lunch), à la carte €40-58 (dinner).
