Mikaela Liaroutsos is the young and talented chef of this bistrot from the 18th of Paris, and she could be one of the greatest talent of tomorow’s gastronomy.
After practicing at Michel de Rostang and Cyril Lignac, she opened her own place in September 2017. No folklore or fuss here, she simply cooks dishes that she likes, with fresh products and a greek inspiration. The menu is very attractive and affordable, with small and refined plates to share ( crémeux d’artichaut, anguille fumées, feta saganaki, girolles et pastourma…). Mikaele is playing with her greek origines and features the best products on the market.
