After having practicing their talents at the Crillon and at Dominique Bouchet’s , those two friends from Britany created a certain buzz when opening their Canailles restaurant rue La Bruyère. Now they split in two to open this new Canailles Ménilmontant, in a old and charming brasserie from the 30′s. This gastronomic bistrot is a real tribute to this famous part of Paris, with a decoration full of winks to the parisian way of life in the 30′s.
